Distant Reiki is a form of energy healing where the practitioner sends Reiki, or life force energy, to a recipient who is not physically present. This practice is based on the idea that energy transcends time and space, allowing healing to occur regardless of physical distance. During a session, the practitioner focuses on the recipient's intention or need, using techniques like visualization and intention to direct the healing energy.

Since this will be the first session with you, I will do more preparation before the session and deeper work during the session. This session will be 90 min
